Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days.
Shipping/delivery normally takes 7-30 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days for transit delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur (especially during holidays periods). We ship worldwide using different carriers. We disclaim responsibility for shipping from the moment you transfer your product to the shipping service. You should address all claims for late delivery or non-delivery to the shipping carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after the shipment was dispatched.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend you to make photos/video and open the parcel in the presence of the courier to have evidences.
Our obligations are deemed fulfilled after the product has been transferred to the shipment carrier and the tracking number has been provided to you.
